Roles & Responsibilities
· Maintain & retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and keeping past and current records.
· Ensure issuance of all official letters (appt letter, ION, resignation & termination letter, observation letter) in time.
· Keeping and oversee the attendance record.
· Employee profile management on HRMS.
· Oversee all official correspondence for employee performance management.
· Device policies & procedure in coordination with line manager & HOD.
· HRMS Management (Dept /Designation, Employee profile attachment)
· Ensure issuance of all official letters (Appt Letter, Offer Letter, Exp Letter, End Of Service Letter) HR notices (Leaves, Gazette Holiday, New Policy, Amendments In Policy, Obituary)
· Ensure Bank account status and opening
· Ensure Vetting of joiners and leavers documents
· Ensure Compiling and approval of Monthly HR activity report
· Drafting, approval& issuance of JD to all employees
· Soliciting approval on employee file
· Maintaining and updating organogram of all departments
· Coordination and lead HR resources deployed on site
· Conduct TNA leading to training and post evaluation
· Plan & Organize Weekly (internal dept) training organization
· Introduction and discussion of new /talent HR trends and practices
· Shift and duty roasters management for attendance purpose
· Issuance of employee card /EOBI Card/Social Security Card
· Keep record of police verification, next of kin and emergency contact numbers of employees
· Employee evaluation for confirmation and increment and promotion
· Assigning appropriate KPI’s to employees in accordance with MBO structure
Annual performance appraisal activity supervision
Recuitment cycle(job advertisement ,screening,shortlisting,HR Evaluation)
